Tim Harrington, CEO 
Tim began his career at IBM, where he rose through the ranks to Chief Operating Officer of their Educational Division. He transitioned to startup entrepreneur as the head of Fogdog Sports (www.fogdog.com), a venture capital-backed online sporting goods company recognized by Fortune Magazine as a "world class" customer experience on the web. He went on to found and co-own Armor Gear LLC (www.armorgear.com), an online consumer products company specializing in high-quality travel gear. Tim was also involved in the start-up of GolfWeb, once ranked as the #1 golf-related web site in the world.
A native of New York, Tim earned a BBA in Accounting from Siena College in Albany, NY.,and received an MS in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business as a Sloan Fellow.
Frank Bishop
Frank retired in 2001 as both President and CEO of Invesco, Inc., and President of Invesco Capital Management, Inc. He is presently the General Partner of AL III Management Co., an investment partnership with a focus on venture funds.
Following his retirement from Invesco, Frank was the Acting Chief Investment Officer of Clemson University from 2002 to 2005.
In addition to FiPath , Frank serves on the Boards of Wells Core Office Income REIT, Neothermal Energy, and FactorTrust , Inc. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of Seraph Group, IP2Biz LLC, and Engent, Inc.
Frank earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.

Sig is President of Imlay Investments, Inc., a firm owned by John P. Imlay, Jr. that makes direct equity investments, typically in new technology companies. As President, Sig selects companies for investment, structures deals, and oversees the Imlay Investment portfolio.
Previously, Sig was a Vice President of Management Science America, Inc. (now Dun & Bradstreet Software Services, Inc.) where he directed the company's finance and accounting functions. Additionally, he worked for Peat Marwick & Mitchell as a staff accountant.
Sig serves on the board of directors of Ardext Technologies, Inc., Bank Intelligence, Contract Packaging, Inc., eQuorum Corporation, EzGov, Inc., Fountainhead Water Company, Inc., Kelly Registration, Inc., MCF Systems, Inc., Photobooks, Inc., and USBA Holdings, Inc. In addition, he is a director of The Imlay Foundation, Inc., and a venture partner with Armada Venture Group.
Sig received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University, Atlanta.
Donald S. Shapleigh, Jr.
Don has more than 35 years experience as a banker and financial services professional in the Atlanta marketplace.
He was an Executive Vice President and Regional President of Crescent Bank (now Renasant Bank), and a founding Director and Executive Officer of Futurus Bank. He also served as an Executive Officer and Director of Directo, Inc, a financial services company in Norcross, Georgia. Prior to Directo, Don co-founded, and was a Director of NetBank and NetBank, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was an executive officer for SouthTrust Bank and Bank South, N.A. in Atlanta.
Don has been active with the Georgia Bankers Association, the United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Little League Baseball and the Sewanee Alumni Association.
A graduate of The University of the South with a BA in Economics, Don also earned a Masters in Banking from the Louisiana State University School of Banking. He is from Camden, SC.
